Have you ever given a minute thought, why 15 Aug is chosen as to be remembered as Historical day?
Have you once had a thought what actually Independence is?
Or why do we celebrate Independence day?
If the answer of any of the bove query is "NO" ,then you can go ahead are read further article on 15th'August.
Otherwise it's your two-way choice!
It was scenario of 1950 ,when was under construction to be among largest Constitution.
There were much reformation , deformation ... riots etc..
Clashes amongst different communities to superimpose their ideas , thoughts , believes etc.
Then , envisioning the situation prevalence in the whole nation. For which many have been martyred , our freedom fighters agreed to use the aggression in an opportunistic way.
So, a call was forwarded to the whole nation , to celebrate :
1 - Celebrate the day
2- Celebrate the much anticipated freedom
3- Celebrate the sovereignty
4- Celebrate the New Constitution
....
.......
......
And the list goes on for numerous reasons.
The public irrespective of creed , class , religion came together with a notion.
It went unbelievably joyous moment for everyone.
Then everyone came to realize that, they have earned their nation .
It just not merely costed tjem hardship.
It hadn't merely costed them a consistent enthusiasm and manpower.
But , Instead they have earned their nation at the cost of lives of heavenly crazy freedom fighters , martyrs.
So, they pledged together on this day , to make a better tomorrow for their own good , for their country's good ! Fr the goodness of those who lost their lives during the battle against "Angrezz".
Guys , it was just a synopsis of why 15th August !! Why nt any other day.

August 15 was the chosen date as Lord Mountbatten considered August 15 to be a lucky day for him. As it was on this date in 1945 that the Japanese Army had surrendered during WWII. But, many astrologers considered August 15 to be inauspicious for India. So, the Constituent Assembly met to celebrate India’s independence at 11 p.m. on August 14, 1947 and India became was born.
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru made his “Tryst with Destiny” speech, marking the start of a new era. And that was why he said, “At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom.”
